  • Take part in our Cardio/Circuit sessions will get you fit and build a healthier lifestyle.
  • Learn a traditional Martial Art like ITF Taekwon-Do will give you a well-rounded training program from traditional patterns to self-defence and semi-contact sparring.
  • Kickboxing will give you a dynamic training style concentrated on the fighting side of Martial Arts.
  • Test your skills by getting in to competitions on the mat; these are light and semi-contact styles of kickboxing.
  • Want to be part of the Nemesis Elite team, train like a professional fighter and even enter the ring in Full Contact, K1 or MMA fights?
